Le Villaret is an old character village with access to the pistes via a free ski lift called Lonzagne and the property is within 200m of this lift giving guests and easy way to get up the mountains which takes you to the centre of Paradiski with direct access either to Les Arcs via express chairlift or Les Coches (La Plagne side) via the Vanoise express across the valley.
The duplex apartment is situated on two floors of the barn conversion and next door is a 6 bedroom chalet used for weekly lets by the same owner. The owner will consider commercial opportunities if both properties are taken together. Early request is essnmtial for this option to be available.
This property has loads of character with old wooden beams and it includes facilities such as a heated boot warmers and a sauna. The barn is located within easy access to the Lonzagne lift to access either La Plagne or Les Arc ski resorts, so no transport is required to take guests to the lifts.

Peisey obviously attracts keen skiers but there are also lots of opportunity for non skiers. They can walk or snow shoe from the chalet, cross country ski, visit the old villages, go to the nordic site at the end of valley with sleigh dogs, horse sleigh, and visit little typical restaurants in chalets. All that accessible with the free bus system.
