This is a very unusual seasonal experience for a couple looking for something a bit different and away from it all which is ski-in/out.
This is a 1-bed, 20 sqm chalet which is approximately 400m from the top of the Ardent lift into Les Lindarets (below Avoriaz and part of the Portes de Soleil ski area). It is what they call a 'chalet alpage' - a summer pasture chalet - which has now been converted into a gorgeous winter retreat for a couple.
Car parking is available at the bottom of the Ardent lift. You use the lift to get to Les Lindarets and then walk /skidoo up to the chalet. The restaurants at Les Lindarets open for lunchtime trade. After piste closure, unless you are skiing down from Avoriaz, the only way to access is on foot or skidoo.
There is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV, and a table and chairs.
There is a shower room and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher.
The bedroom (double) is in an adjoining building of about 10 sqm.
The heating is electric and you are responsible for the snow clearing around the chalet.
