This is a 7 bed chalet that will sleep up to 15 people. It is located in Les Bossons, between the ski areas of Les Houches and Brevent.
It would make an idea "Catered Chalet" operation or "weekend/holiday home" for a family/group to enjoy all that Chamonix has to offer within an hour and a half of Geneva Airport.
There is a free ski bus stop right outside the door.
The chalet is laid out as follows;
Ground Floor;
Main Entrance to the Chalet.
large ski/entrance room with a sofa and 2 armchairs, a fridge and an upright freezer and show storage.
Bedroom 1 - A Triple room facing the south.
Bedroom 2 - A Twin Room facing the south.
Bedroom 3 - A Twin room
Bathrooms 1 & 2 - Both are shower rooms with toilets for these 3 rooms to share. The larger of the two has a washing machine and Tumble Dryer.
Boiler Room - Serves as an economical way to dry laundry.
Stairs to - the first floor
First Floor;
Lounge/Diner - With a wood burning stove and open plan to the fully equipped Kitchen. The dining area has a table with seating space for 12 or 14 at a push. The sofa seats 9.
Bedroom 4 - A double room facing the south with access to the balcony.
Bedroom 5 - A Spacious Twin Room.
Bathroom 3 - A Shower room for Bedrooms 4 and 5 to share.

Both these rooms are in the "sous pente" so headroom is limited and standing room is only a metre or 2 from centre beam.

External / Additional Information;
The chalet is set within it's own grounds where there is ample off road parking.
The owner will also provide a snow blower to make clearing the driveway a lot easier.
