It would be a lovely seasonal home in a traditional mountain village which is at around 1500m and is an access point for the Alpe d'Huez ski area.
The well equipped kitchen is recently refurbished with a full oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and full height fridge/freezer. There is also underfloor heating to keep your toes warm whilst cooking. In the nicely furnished lounge area is a corner sofa, dining table and log burning stove.
Both bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twins. The main bedroom has a dual aspect and there is a separate comfortable and modern Italian marble shower room. The 2nd bedroom is in the loft with a wash basin en suite and small south facing balcony with uninterrupted breathtaking views !
There is a further store area where there is a tumble dryer, separate WC as well as a heated ski locker (space for 5 sets of skis and boots) .

The apartment is a short walk ( approx 5 mins) to the local slopes, when you can the access the wider Alpe d'Huez area. There is also free parking there if you want to drive.
In the summer there is easy access to cycling (road and MTB) and walking .
The property is no smoking and no pets.
Owners have flexibility on stay length - Winter stays are typically between Dec or Jan to end of March/ mid- April. Summer stays are typically between begining of June to the end of September. Please ask!
