This is modern styled and fully renovated family chalet which is 140sqm in size and will sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. It is located on the Rte Avoriaz and is about 6km (8-10 mins drive) up from Morzine .
This chalet has wonderful views across to the Pleney slopes and you benefit from having a southerly aspect so you will get the sun when it shines. The nearest ski lift is 2mins further up the road so you can avoid the morning queues in the centre of Morzine. It is also possible to ski back to the chalet (subject to your skiing standard and the snow conditions).
You enter into the ground floor of the chalet where there is a separate wc and access to a bedroom (with sofa bed) / 2nd reception room with an ensuite shower and wc. You then enter the main living area which is an open plan kitchen / diner/ lounge with large picture windows facing out across the valley and make the space light and airy. A new sofa has been added for winter 23/2 ( please note some pics stil show the old red one)
The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, full-sized oven, microwave, dishwasher, along with a kettle and a toaster. There is a TV and dvd player and there is WIFI internet (standard analogue line speed).
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - 2x doubles and 1x twin - and the family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. There is also a further shower room and wc.
There is a garage storage space for skis/boards and there is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The chalet is set below the main road and there is a short private driveway from the main road to the Chalet. Outside there is plenty of room for parking and turning and please note that a snow-clearing of the drive and parking area will be a cost associated to this property. We definitelty recommend a car being required and you should plan for snow tyres and/or chains, although the road is kept clear as it is the main Avoriaz road.
