It is located on the top floor of an old-style chalet, situated in in a tiny picturesque hamlet called Essert La Pierre, 5km from the centre of Morzine. You will need a car to live in this village as its not on the bus route.
It is a very peaceful location, ideal for those who really want to enjoy fresh mountain air & have complete peace at night. The hamlet sits up high on the north side of the valley which means it enjoys the sun all day long as well as fantastic views. It takes 5 minutes to drive into Morzine & 2 minutes to the supermarket. It is a 10 minute drive to Ardent bubble, which is a very fast and easy access point to Lindaret bowl and Avoriaz, parking is free.
The open plan dining/living area is extremely spacious and is really bright becuse of the to-the-roof ceiling, floor to ceiling widows and lots of roof velux windows. There is also access onto a balcony so you can enjoy your apre-ski drinks taking in the mountain scenery.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob and a proper oven. You can lounge on a large L-shaped sofa and there is dining table and chairs for 6 .
Both bedrooms are enquiste and the master bedroom has a king size bed and twosingle beds under the eaves. The seconbd bedroom can be set up as a twin or a super king. Both bedrooms have balcaonies that get the morning sun. There is an additional WC off the main living area.
The entrance is to the rear of the property and there is storage space for skis and parking for one car ( additional parking can be found in the village)
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and Wifi is available in this property. The bills are included in the property price ( electric, water and heating). Linen and cleaning can be arranged separately.
