This is a 31 sqm one bedroom apartment, sleeping 4-5 people, on the ground floor of a residence block in the centre of La Tania. This is a ski in / out apartment so is a great base to access the 3-valleys ski area.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen anbd living area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, mini oven, fridge with freezer compartment and the bonus item of a washing machine.
The lounge has access onto a South East facing balcony and is fitted with a double sofa bed, table and chairs and a TV.
Further sleeping arrangements are in the separate bedroom which has a set of bunk beds. There is a further pull-out bed under the bottom bunk , but there is perhaps suited to an occasional guest.
This apartment has a bathroom with a bath, hand held shower and sink. The toilet is separate as per the usual French style.
Separate to the apartment is a ski locker available for guest use.
