This apartment also has a washing machine, access to a ski locker, and there is unallocated parking outside.
Its geographical location enables you to ski down to the skis lifts and to come back skiing by the Folyere slope.
The centre of the resort can be easily reached by stairs in a few minutes.
This building is under a supervision order due to previous movement issues which have been fixed. The management company continue to monitor for issues , but in case of alarm, occupiers will be asked to evacuate the building. The owner's will not be responsible for privdining alternative accommodation if the event arises.
