This 2 bedroom 2 bath/shower room 42sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a Chalet in Les Balcons which is about a 5 minute walk to the centre of the town. The Chalet has a Lift to all floors.
The entrance to the apartment has a boot storage area with radiator and many coat hooks for drying outdoor equipment.
There is a large open plan, living/dining/Kitchen area the heart of the apartment with access to the large South East facing Balcony which doubles up as a very big outdoor fridge and gets the morning sun and has breathtaking views of the Mountains and ski slopes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the full range of utensils, pots/pans/casserole dishes for cooking on the electric hob and in the electric oven, there's also a slow cooker, fridge-freezer (about 60l capacity), dishwasher and a washing machine.
The dining living area has a large table and seats for 6 people.
The large settee is a full size mattress bed with a pull out bed and full size bed mattress underneath for use by occasional guests only.
The Bunk room has hanging space and space for storing suitcases under the bunk beds.
Additionally there is further hanging space in the lounge area with storage space in a drawer under the smaller of the two settees.
There's a separate toilet with hand basin and mirror/shaving/toothbrush charging point plus a separate shower room and the main bathroom with shower over jacuzzi bath and sink, and a shaving/toothbrush charging point which again is separate from the toilet and shower room.
There is a ski storage locker on the ground floor and the lock is the same key as the key for the apartment.
The apartment has wi-fi access too.
It is possible to ski in/out from the apartment with a short (50m walk) although this is not suitable for beginner skiers and
Les Balcons area has three restaurants, a Pub, three ski hire shops and a supermarket all within 60 metres of the apartment.
The apartment is 50 metres away from the free shuttle bus stop (every 20 minutes) which links to the centre of the town, bus station, Ski School start points and all excess and exit points to the slopes.
The apartment is strictly non smoking and no pets are allowed.
It is possibly to book a parking space beneath the building but this is not included in the rent and needs to be arranged separately.
